Biography

James R. Beeler, Sr. is an awarded training project manager and instructional designer in both government and private sectors.

Mr. Beeler has vast experience in leadership and training.  His training background includes classroom delivery, on-the-job training, training development, instructional design, skills and needs assessments, test methods and practices, and computer based training.  Mr. Beeler led successful programs developing computer based training for U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, and U.S. Marine Corps courses such as:

• Navy Fuel Spill Programs training
• Navy Fuel System Operations training for DD/CG/DDG/FFG/CV-67 JP-5
• Part Task Trainers for Navy Electronics School for AN/WSC-3 UHF Communications Equipment
• Instructional Design, front end analysis, and course standards for the Army CH-47 Helicopter and Pilot Flight Planning Systems
• Project Manager for developing Army Command Operations training
• Organizational Development for Army Staff Management College
• Project Manager for developing CV-22 and MV-22 Helicopter Maintenance Programs training
• Deputy Director for Navy Engineering School training program.

Mr. Beeler holds both Bachelor and Masters of Science degrees from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in Workforce Education and Development.  He also completed continuing education classes in Instructional Design at University of North Florida. Mr. Beeler served honorably for more than 27 years in the United States Navy.  During his career, Mr. Beeler promoted from Recruit to Lieutenant Commander (Limited Duty Officer - Electronics.)  His last two assignments awarded him one of the U.S. Navy's highest awards, The Meritorious Service Medal, back to back.

Most recently Jim was hired as Project Coordinator at Atlantic Marine, LLC for Combat Systems upgrades.  During this time, Jim completed certification for NAVSEA Cableway Inspector.  While his assignment ended in December, this assignment only proves Jim's versatility in many fields.
